One thing that resonates is the large number of HR professionals that don&#039;t meet the business capability after so many years of research. While I knew there was some deficiency, I didn&#039;t realize that is was a 20% rate. I always thought as a consultant had no choice but to look at both the people and business aspect when considering how to align strategy to goals.</description>
