Not too long ago, HR guru Dave Ulrich held a 45-minute webinar called: “HR in Difficult Times: Three Actions HR Leaders Should Take Now.”
What made this webinar unique was that it was a one-time only event and only 200 HR folks were invited.
As an attendee, I can tell you, without hesitation, that Ulrich’s presentation was simply awesome – and a must for any HR leader who wants to enhance their HR career, impact and leadership during tough times.
In case you didn’t attend, and don’t want to fall behind the curve as an HR leader, you can now download this complete webinar and view it by simply clicking HERE. (Note: In case you try and can’t, you’ll need to download a Windows Media player, and you can download that player for free by clicking here.)

Thanks for the share! Incredible and enlightening information that completely solidified by perspective of HR and how we add value.
One thing that resonates is the large number of HR professionals that don’t meet the business capability after so many years of research. While I knew there was some deficiency, I didn’t realize that is was a 20% rate. I always thought as a consultant had no choice but to look at both the people and business aspect when considering how to align strategy to goals.
Hi there: I tried to download the Dave Ulrich webinar and was unsuccessful. Could you please advise why it isn’t downloading when I click on it? thanks
Susan
